Agreed, I just like to log it too. yesterday was the same, I started the wallball had a few twinges and then I was gone in the workout. But I do'nt expect my back to bother me. Everything is upright so no bending.

Five rounds for time of:
15' Rope climb, 3 ascents
10 Toes to bar
21 Walking lunge steps with 45lb plate held overhead
Run 400 meters

toe to bar on rings

time 27:32

Runs were ROUGH! All sets unbroken. Lunges not fast but good.
Hardest part was going from the run to the rope. I told myself just grab the rope and go up for one, but I'd end up looking at it. Still good workout.

Fine work NIk, getting most that unbroken must of been challenging. Stop looking at ropes ;)

Felt pretty good. I did'nt have a plan, just hit the timer and went. Broke where I had to and stayed on the bar as much as I can.

I felt it in my calves, quads and glutes. All from yesterdays workout. I have a small''fran''cough, but it is cold her today, so sucking cold air for 5 plus min did it. Glad for the pr.

Great PR Nik, it shows your beating your last time every time and it gets harder the longer you crossfit. Bring on sub 5 next time around.

Honestly I though it was a rest day till this morning. Kind of threw off my day almost. I am way happy for the pr! Sub 5 next time!

3:00 break, I was going to squat but my back was twingy, just not right, so I didnt go on . A couple of light sets is all.
