Re: Nik
15 towel pullups is definitely too much as a sub. It took me 5 pulls to get to the top of a 20' rope in the last competition so that's what I'm using as a sub. 5 ropepullups per ascent.
Oh and on the rowing, I tend to get 9-11 meters per pull nik. Depends how hard I pull but normally 9-11 meters. So the sumo sub is pretty accurate. Good luck on the long wod today. Are your hamstrings still sore from the sprintng wod? Mine are lol |

Hams and glutes are sore. But is seems like they have been sore for weeks really. |

Weren't the last rope climbs for you good? I seem to remember you did good on them. I was stading there staring at the rope wishing I was done with the sets.
Great job getting through that Nik! I wish I had a rope to be able to do it rxd. Howdid the runs feel?
Thanks. My hands are blisterd up and I have rope burn on my left leg on my knee and anckle. Runs were ok till the third on, Scott is right, on the third on it I was willing myself not to stop, and I doubled Scotts time!! It is hot here too. I hate it. |
Re: Nik
5 rope climbs..no problem...25 rope climbs not so much....and you know, know, know I hate running. 5x800m = death.
