I've missed out on a lot!!!

Congrats on the pull-up AND on the db bench PR AND on finishing that horrible shoulder press/back ext WOD in an awesome time!!

Thank you! I was really shocked by the Db bench presses - - I've [U][I]never[/I][/U] been able to shove up more than 60# before, even when I was a kid. Go figure....

As for the WOD, I really didn't think I'd make it through. You're right; that one was a killer!

Yes this is life changing stuff. I have learned so much from CF and the associated community.

It sounds like you had a nice rest day. Off to check out the rest day questions, that is if the kids will let me.

Good luck with the kids........Don't know how old yours are, but we just had my two 2 1/2 year old (plus a five year old) nephews out to visit us a couple of months back. One needs the benefits of CF just to stay with them!!! :super: (Wish I'd been doing it then........).
