I will be doing Griff straight through. That means I will not move on to another exercize till the first one is done.

200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.


Scales UNPARTITIONED and no vest.

Time 51:08

last time WITH 20LBS VEST

sets of
10pullups All unbroken C2B except 2 sets.
20pushups
40squat(with one set of 20 reps to finish)

last time done in 1:56 (yes one hour and 56min) no vest.

Great work Nik, I have never done it unpartitioned before, must be a lot harder. Massive 1 hour+ PR!! Feeling better now, great way to show your respect.
