[B]Recovery[/B] I went by the chiropractor to get an adjustment. Doc said my back was getting stronger but still have some SI issues.

My daughter and I tackled the challenge this morning at first light. Got some thundershowers during but we kept going.:lightning

I Rx'd the workout aside from the last 10 pull ups in 49:55 and Taja completed in 1:01 with an 8# vest and she used bands for about half of the pull ups.
