I believe that my time was 16:00. We modified and scaled the Hero WOD to accommodate the class time-frame.

[B]Endurance[/B] I squeezed in about 15 minute of Zumba in after the WOD. My wife was celebrating her 2nd anniversary as an instructor at the park, so I had to join in....:rolleyes:

Finally got around to running....I did a slow, steady 2 miler in 21 minutes.

Did a circuit at the park this morning. I cannot recall all of the brutal exercises but it totaled 45 minutes :D
