Yea, it has been good, no knee pain, left quad is more sore then the other, but not bad. Next week is deload and that does help, 3 week in a row of squatting heavy wears me down. |

10 power cleans and push jerk 400 meter run time 10:49 I tried to pace it better as it is deload week, runs were light but honestly on the last round it took all I had to just run at all. |

3:00 break I though I was going to press, but arms and shoulders to tired. so I walked for the 15:00min after 10 reps press with bar only. the 1 hour of tennis with Cathy and the boys. I say tennis, but at this point it is just get the ball over for a volley no score double bounce tennis. |
