[/B][/I] No Workout possible today - - Job interview during a.m. class time, then my "substitute WOD" for the day: Drive to Redding, load rest of daughter's things for move down here, drive back. Time: 10 hours 45 minutes. Distance: 570 miles. |

Seems my position here in CA fell through the cracks (cost savings) and my transfer back got messed up. No positions available now, so I think I see some writing on the wall. On a really positive note, this frees me up to work on helping our box get new clients and perhaps then doing what I really want to do - - train others! |

[/B][/I]No workout yesterday or today - - went to the Dr.: diagnosis, definitely have some kind of cold or infection involving the lungs, with a remote possibility of pneumonia ......BLEH! Explains the shortness of breath and abnormally high heart rates during the WODs. Blood pressure was higher than I've ever known it to be also. [I]This was the good news[/I].
