yes Nik definately enough to satisfy myself without affecting whatever comes for tomorrow. As much as I hate the rest day, at least you have not got one for 3 days afterwards.

I didn't do much, I was going to work on cleans and snaches, but i helped(yelled) Brady through the lung workout from sunday, I owed him for pushing me through the sumo's yesterday.

warm up
3sets 10 rollouts
situps 40 lbs
back ext 40 lbs
ring dips

1 set 10 squat snaches 85lbs.

all I really had time for, I wanted some more core, floor wipers, rings, but oh well.
