Warm up was 20 ghd's 20 abmatt situps 30 dips 30 back ext 40 lbs 30 squats 45lbs 1. 170lbs 2. 180 3. 190 4. 200 F,F,F 5. 195F,F,F 6. 175 7. 175 no pr, pr at 215lbs. I psyched out at 200 and lost it. 175 was easy to finish on. It was good anyway. 800m cool down |

Your PR is 215lb, thats massive for your weight Nik, I am catching you up now I hit 209lb today, next time!! :evilsmile

No we will see about it, qualify or not, whether you do the workouts as rx'd or not, its worth going and being involved for the experience if nothing else. You'll love it. And anyway with those numbers you definitely won't be showing yourself up. |

well I tried to do hspu's to the qualifier standard(hand at shoulder width)
and got 5 reps, I did 10 negitives after that because i wasnt giving up at 5 reps. That is a hard standard, but if that is where it is then that is where I will get them. I can do more at a wider stance, but I'm going for the standard from now on. Oh, a buddy wanted to bench, so we kind of maxed, We stoped at 220lbs. I had more. |
