Hip soreness/tightness?
 
Been easing my way into crossfit, slowly building my foundation and Oly lifts, not trying to a bad *** and go all out and look stupid or get hurt.

Been lifting about 6-7 years, only about a month into changing my whole training regimen and sticking to power movements/Oly lifts and doing a benchmark or wod 3-4x a week in the morning, lifting around lunchtime.

Notice a lot of hip soreness after having incorporated OHS and whatnot into my routine...is this normal for beginners or should I be doing something to help this out?
