shoes for the seersucker

I recently bought a seersucker suit with tan pinstripes. While I'm waiting for it to come back from the tailor, I'm looking at shoes to go with it. I would go with tan and white wingtips, but I want to get a pair that I can wear with my light grey suit and other clothes as well. I'm turning to the CF crowd to help make the final decision.

I've narrowed it down to the two below (unless someone throws out something spectacular...) from zappos (BOTH LINKS WFS):

I sometimes sport a seersucker suit and I usually go with the traditional white bucks.

My vote is left.

The pair on the right might work better with seersucker. The pair on the left has a bit of a contemporary vibe, which doesn't seem to sit quite right with seersucker.

I wear a pair of buff colored bucks.

I agree with bucks. The colors on the shoes you posted aren't bad but seersucker works better with a thick sole.

I'll look into some bucks, then. Anything come to mind offhand from either of you? I'm clearly a novice.

I'd stick with white. Some other colors MIGHT work but if you ever go with the blue seersucker you'll wish you had white bucks. :)

Traditionally a seersucker is worn with white or lightly colored shoes
