I'm new and have a newby question about today's workout. Could someone explain what "65X21 Overhead Squats for time" means?
I've done squats before but I have never heard of this.
Thanks in advance and keep up the great work with this site! It's been messing me up!
This means that you should take 65 lbs overhead with arms locked out(wide grip) and squat with this weight still over head and you should do this 21 times while timing the entire effort.
