Hey Gents- I haven't posted in a while, work is crazy and sucks...... and I think I tore a muscle in my right leg. Anyhow I have been working out SCALING it big time.... No leg work for me a ton of Pull-ups

Nice work fellas.. Wed 16 May: Only foamroll and some strech Thu 17 May; SitUps: 15,15,20,20,15,15reps Kb standing "pullover": I did press the Kb up from chest, lower it as negative part of tricep press to the behind of head and from there pullover it over head back to chest. Actually quite ok movment. 8kg Kb: 10,10reps 16kg : 10,10reps 5/24Kg->10/16kg Pullups: 20sec rest between pullups: 2,3,5,4reps Kb swing: 10/16kg Then i did "kb swing ciriut" first set 15/16kg second 10/24kg and third 5/32kg =1 round. Exatly 1 min rest between sets. 5rounds Total was 3200kg (3,2tons) of swings in just under 20min Shrugs with Kb's 24Kg: 10,10,10reps |

Jan, That KB pull over sounds interesting. Do you try to keep your upper arm straight up as you lower the KB behind your head? Mine tends to shift to the side. Nice KB work!
Tim, I usually prefer doing a WOD to mowing the yard!! :rofl: Nice WOD! I took a running class. Found my cadence is a little slow and I need to lift my knees more! Then, it was a Dead lift Challenge! Do as many body weight DLs in 60 seconds! My body weight was 215#, a "gentleman's" body weight! I did 10 in 30 seconds and was only able to get 7 more in the remaining time! Thought I did well, but it turned to be the lowest score! :rofl: (Some beasts were pulling over 50!!:rofl: At least I was one of the oldest doing this!:rofl: Still, it was fun!
