Worked in 5 sets of TGUs @ 35, 45, 53, 61, & 72# and 5 sets of 10 pronators. Worked on a new problem for 15 minutes. |

C&J Practice Mobility, stretching, warmups 40kg x 3 50kg x 3 60kg x 2 70kg x 2 80kg x 2 90kg x 1 100kg x 1 105kg x 1 110kg x 1 (Yes!, my 4 heaviest lifts ever are 110, 112 (twice), and 113 (once)) 114kg x 1 (miss, PR attempt) 80kg x 5 Then did jerk supports up to 120kg. 120kg overhead is really really really heavy |
