Other then the tread mill, I can really see that happening. I think I saw 8 round on the coment page, but I'm not sure. With you going 10 pulls per round, I dee that it is totaly doable.

walking lunges 200feet with 80lbs(two 40 lbs DB)

Now this is what my legs should feel like!!

Nice back squat x5 I don't know how you did walking lunges with 80 pounds after that.

It was tough!! i had to force myself through it. My legs are sore today, but ok. They felt a fat yesterday!!

Pike levers, are they with your body bent in a V-shape. Doing a lot of work lately with some extra strength, I will be back on Monday to give you some competition.
