Other then the tread mill, I can really see that happening. I think I saw 8 round on the coment page, but I'm not sure. With you going 10 pulls per round, I dee that it is totaly doable. |

Well I thought I was going to dead lift, but... 1 set 5 185lbs 1rep 235 1rep220. It didnt' feel good at all so i gave it up. Eh oh well.Next time. |

back squats 4sets 5 reps warm up 105 x5 155lbs 175lbs 205lbs 225lbs walking lunges 200feet with 80lbs(two 40 lbs DB) Now this is what my legs should feel like!! |

Pike levers, are they with your body bent in a V-shape. Doing a lot of work lately with some extra strength, I will be back on Monday to give you some competition.
