800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

4. 3:22
Total time was 13:45
on a track, so that is accurate times.

10 wall ball

10 wall ball.

I got two in a row!! That is a first!

Look like a fast time Nik, well done, you must feel lonely with all this euro qualifier talk. I really would like to hit this one today but I should really get onto the qualifier WODs , maybe do it all ha :D

Na, not lonely, I'm really intrested in what and how you guys are doing. I don't get much time on line on the weekends anyway, so I'll be doing some catch up tomarrow.

My times are that good only because I was running with brady, we were competing, so it kept me going. Fight gone bad for me.

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

subbed 45lbs sumo high pulls for row.


297 with row if each pull equals 1 calorie.

Great FGB Nik, and now I am missing Nicole today, one of my favourites. Be very interesting to see how many pull ups you can get in a row as your the pull up king Nik. :stir:

Thanks Scott, it all depends on if Brady and I go at the same time, i may end up doing pullups on the rings if we don't space it out right.

As for fight gone bad, that was the first time doing it alone, it is ...intresting to check time and keep track of points.

I'll be doing pullups for you Scott.
