Good stuff Nik. Soreness should be alright, I didn't feel it too much yesterday, and usually get sore easily :)

Mate its one wod a day, so you perform two very compound demanding wods,and do well at both!! Dont be so hard on yourself, if you werent thinking of going to qualifiers....you should!! Ricky |

I'm working the transition and reset of my hands for reps. lever work 10 wider grip deadhang pullups 10 close grip pullups 5 inverted grip 5 inverted grip 30 ring pushups. |
