:pepper: Great work on Cindy, thats a huge PR. And I am hitting it Saturday before I go on Holiday..... Target 26 :highfive:
HAHAHA go for 26 rounds! You have the pushups, and 5 pullups is a bump. I figure with your BF kip you can kill the first 10 rounds at least. I went as fast as i could and did'nt save anything, I knew I would fatigue fast enough and have to slow down, so I pushed hard at the begining to get as many rounds in as I could. I was at 15 rounds at the half way point. Then it slowed. Squats were the hardest to keep going. Pushups slowed after 5 reps but able to push through. I never got out of breath. Close at the begining, but never breathless. 26 is do able unbroken and fast and all out. No gaming. |

Hope your feeling more upbeat today Nik, if not CHEER UP ;) |

Like I said, I never got breathless, I could always catch my breath and never hit the oxygen depletion. So Like I said, get as many rounds in as fast as you can, we all fatigue and slow down, then you will be breathing easier. |
