:pepper: Great work on Cindy, thats a huge PR. And I am hitting it Saturday before I go on Holiday..... Target 26 :highfive:
HAHAHA go for 26 rounds! You have the pushups, and 5 pullups is a bump. I figure with your BF kip you can kill the first 10 rounds at least. I went as fast as i could and did'nt save anything, I knew I would fatigue fast enough and have to slow down, so I pushed hard at the begining to get as many rounds in as I could.

I was at 15 rounds at the half way point. Then it slowed. Squats were the hardest to keep going. Pushups slowed after 5 reps but able to push through.

I never got out of breath. Close at the begining, but never breathless. 26 is do able unbroken and fast and all out. No gaming.

Re: Nik

rest day fun

30 muscle ups for time wrist turn out

time 10:32
40 muscle ups in 18:03

last time 7:12
last time 9:31,
last time 8:27
last time 8:09
last time 13:27
last time 10:10
last time14:00

needed this. Best set was 4 reps, the rest 3s,2s,1s. I need to do more. I love the muscle up and I have'nt been doing them because of all the other work. I will have to sacrifice something for these. I love them and am lucky to hit them once a week.

Yes I will do it your way and go all out, you get tired anyhow so you should get the rounds done before the chest gets full of lactic acid and starts messing with the push ups, well slightly anyhow.

Hope your feeling more upbeat today Nik, if not CHEER UP ;)

Doing better today. Yesterday was a mess. Today is better, thanks.

On Cindy. Like I said, I never got breathless, I could always catch my breath and never hit the oxygen depletion. So Like I said, get as many rounds in as fast as you can, we all fatigue and slow down, then you will be breathing easier.
