from hig hand, from below knee, from ground

75lbs
115lbs
125lbs
135lbs I had some misses at the knee, and ground.

100 abmatt situps shoulder tich and tuch toes.

3:00 break

rolled quads 3:00min a side
rolled glutes 3:00min a side
sat on table with ball in ham raising my foot up and down 2:00min a side
shoulder stretch with arm in sling on pullup bar 1:00min a side.

Finally I got some mobility work in. Lunch was a wreck.

Anyway, nice work getting some snatch practice in. One can never train that lift too much!

memorial day team comp

300 pullups
400 pushups
500 situps
600 squats

in 4 person teams with two people working at a time.

time 32:07
forth place out of 10 teams, not to bad.

I was on a team with three girls.

we brok into 2 man teams and split the reps in half, so me and another girl were responsible for half the workout. We finished each ''set'' firsty and took reps off our other two team mates. So we got the bigger load of reps.

I ripped both palms on the pullups and got but rash from the situps. My hand are not to bad, I have done worse. Feeling some real doms in my ''beach'' muscles.

I will try to catch up with everyones logs tomorrow.

HA yea, ol chip got reported just now.

Last week I got a crap/pull in my back and was out of work and workout for a few days. To mad and sore to bother with crying on the logs.

A.M. warmup

30 GHDs 10/20
30 back ext 10/20
30 pushups 10/10/10
20 situps(but reash to sore to do more
30 deadhang pullups 10wide c2b, 10 close overhand5/then 5 singles, 10 close overhand, 5/5
30 squats 10/20

4 HSPUs 1/3

rough. The memorial day workout has me really beat up. bys sore at the elbow joint. plams really hurting at the rips so all pullups on the fingers.


HSPUs were funny. it took my 6 trys to get one rep. then I was able to squeeze out 3 reps later at the end of the warmup. Last reps a slow struggle.

Hope its all feeling better now Nik. Well done on your finishing 4th in the memorial day competition. We are all doing 'Murph' on Saturday to raise money, I get to wear the 20lb vest also.
