Mental fitness/fame of mind - From martial arts to crossfit
For those that have trained martial arts.
How do you find your frame of mind and mental fitness helps when hitting a wod?
Has this training helped you get through things within crossfit?
I train kyokushin karate (9 years) and going from this to crossfit has not been any trouble at all. I have found that the tough training and mental training for this makes it no problem to push myself through the barriers of when you might want to give up.
