Yesterday at Carolina Crossfit PR on Hang Clean, 205 LB, Attempted with 215 but I didn't get the bar quite in the rack dropped my elbows and the bar went forward, also 15 Muscle ups unbroken.

Weighted my self today! 143. and a Full Snatch of 60 Kilos, I am sure I can get more than my body weight in a snatch. Nice!

Today 15 APR 11 Got a Body weight full Squat Snatch! Yeah yeah! getting better! goal is to keep working to qual for nationals! almost there just a couple of Kilos short to make it! YES! Thanks to Carolina Crossfit and everyone that is always supporting me. I love Crossfit and Oly Lifting!

Good job Santi. I pop into your workout log every once in a while see how you are progressing.

You are on your toes in all three of those videos. Get back on your heels, drive through your hammies/glutes. Don't want to see a fellow CFer get injured.
