14.4 Predictions
 
We'll call this one "Castro's finally had it"

AMRAP 15 minutes:

100 burpees
100 wall balls
50 toes to bar
50 shoulder to overhead with 115#/75#
25 Muscle ups

I think a more likely version would be:

AMRAP 12-13 minutes:

100 burpees
100 wallballs
25 muscle ups

We haven't seen a non-barbell workout yet

Yeah, I don't think there is enough time for pretty much anyone to make it through the original posts WOD.

My guess is TTB, burpees and wall balls. Possibly swap one of the last two movements with cleans or C&J

I feel like it has to be a long triplet at this point. I don't think they'll put TTB and Muscle-Ups in the same WOD, so I'm guessing MUs will be saved for the last week.

I predict thrusters and TTB for week 5.

So I think week 4 will be some combo of wall balls, burpees, and muscle-ups. I am sorta hoping for burpee muscle-ups, but they will need to give the masses some reps they can get through.

We have not seen a press and a triplet up to now. Pretty bad would be something like

15 min AMRAP:
10 Thruster 135 lbs
10 Hand-release Push-ups
10 Ring Dips

Yet we also need the T2B, so it could be something like
15 min AMRAP:
8 T2B
10 Cleans 135 lbs
12 Wallballs

Although I'm hoping they do not put something with a pull-up bar and the wallball in the same workout because that would be hard to film.

By the way my prediction for 14.5 is
7 min AMRAP
100 Burpees
Muscle-ups
(tiebreaker is the time for the burpees)

Whats left: Burpee, Thrusters, Jerk or Clean Jerk, T2B, M/U's, Wall balls..

Hope for something long like 20 min..

5 165 Clean
10 T2B
15 Wall balls..

But Castro's had it sounds good.. might need to lengthen time to 20 min +

im going to take a stab at it and say...its going to be like 12.3 was, but with no box jumps, replaced with bar facing burpies..

AMRAP 18
STO 115/95
Bar facing Burpies 15
TTB 15

Wall balls, T2B and MUs, likely 100/50/25 or something like that. 12 minute cap.

I think Thrusters/C&J coupled with burpees will be the last workout.

Might be something similar to 13.5 where there is a cap or more like 13.1 where it is 17 minutes and ascneding weights, descending reps.
