You might be on to something. I do look at myself and lust in the morning. Perhaps I should consider doing someone else's programming instead of mine. Probably not though. After all, my programming is perfect. :D

all you can do is program your own **** and hope somebody reads it?

unless i get some reasonable responses.......i'm gone....and making my own site for 'real' programmers....

I did this one and it was fun and fast

3 rounds for time
DL 405x3
Ring dips 10 reps
Pull ups 10 reps

I have to go out of town tomorrow, sitting for 2 hours in the car. I need a workout that'll initiate my whole body, and this one should do well.

My 5RM is 25 ibs, well I mean, that's what I am comfortable with doing for 50 reps, plus grip is all worn out from this week. You guys do whatever you can handle, and CAN only handle after 50 reps.

I meant 25 ibs on each side btw. Today I get to sit in the car for 4 hours,(going there/going back) Yayy...
