5 Stair climbs (222 stairs)
50 Clean & Jerks (65lb) - at the bottom of the stairs
100 KBS (35lb) - KB must start at the bottom and end at the bottom, all swings must be done at the top of the stairs.

WU - Run 400m, row 3 minutes, situp to straddles, burpees, hollow hold.
Skill - press/push press
WOD - 20 Min Amrap
10 Push Press (75rx/65me)
10 KBS (35 rx)
10 Box Jumps (20" rx/I dunno 4x45lb bumpers)

Rounds: 9+1rep. the only thing to slow me down was the box jumps as per usual.

WU - 800m run, 10 air squats, 10 sit up to straddle, 10 close leg squats, 10 push ups (stupid push ups), 1 minute hollow body hold, 20 close legs squats.

Skill - Farmer carries
35lb x 100ft
45lb x 250ft
50lb x 250ft
55lb x 250ft
all unbroken, and I put away the 70lbs for someone for someone else, felt okay but I was only going like 15 ft... next time end at 70s.

WOD - 4 rounds, 3 minutes ea, no rest between
250m row
SDHP AMRAP (45lb rx)
Score: 90 (thought I had 23+25+20+25, but not sure)
