WU - 800m run, 10 air squats, 10 sit up to straddle, 10 close leg squats, 10 push ups (stupid push ups), 1 minute hollow body hold, 20 close legs squats. Skill - Farmer carries 35lb x 100ft 45lb x 250ft 50lb x 250ft 55lb x 250ft all unbroken, and I put away the 70lbs for someone for someone else, felt okay but I was only going like 15 ft... next time end at 70s. WOD - 4 rounds, 3 minutes ea, no rest between 250m row SDHP AMRAP (45lb rx) Score: 90 (thought I had 23+25+20+25, but not sure) |
