This was tough, the 1st set was unbroken - went to pieces after that. Ran out of time and ability.:(

Shoulders were toast after the 225, but I felt like I could have gotten it. Pleased with this PR, especially since I stopped doing the power/OLY lifts as my workout and have been doing the MP WOD.:pepper:

All reps TB. Was tempted to do box squats, not sure why. I figured if I was avoiding full squats, it was probably something I should do.

Super pleased with this effort. Had an epiphany after watching some of the mainsite oly vids and reading a PMenu article by Josh Everett. My starting position was way off, I was deadlifting for my first pull and as a result was setting the 2nd up for failure. This time I started in an upright position and did much better on the jump. By the 5th rep I had it down and the 175 went up better than the 155 did!:pepper:

Did Cindy over a year ago and got 19, pleased w/this though. Went for ROM games style w/C2B & C2G and TB on the squats. All movements unbroken, should have gone faster on squats.

First time for this WOD, loved it. First time doing HSPU's, used 235# for DLs. All sets were broken, but still satisfied. Had a visiting CFer spot me to keep my feet against the wall, ended up assisting some on some reps. Good thing though, almost ended up on my face! Thanx James.
