1.5 pood kettlebell workouts
HI everyone. Was wondering if anyone knew some good workouts i can do with a 1.5 pood kettlebell. I just purchased it. I enjoyed doing helen but am looking for more. any links, suggestions etc. would be great . thanks

try the 200 special forces snatch test

10:00 or 200 reps. which ever comes first. the kettle bell must go over the head 200 times. snatch or swing, i don't think it matters for this work out. the goal is to get the 200 before the 10:00 is up. good luck and keep a bucket next to you!!!!!

Checkout Jersey Shore CrossFit and CrossFit Philly. You'll find plenty to keep you busy in their archives.

Check out this thread. I uploaded a document containing a collection of CrossFit Kettlebell workouts. Make sure you go to the end because I believe I uploaded updated copies as the collection grew.

I just reviewed that thread, which is great. But I'm unclear whether your list is based on stuff compiled at New Jersey Cross Fit, or whether your list is your own independent work.

I ask just because I don't want to take a lot of time repeating work you already did.

Last night at CF Alexandria, after 5 x 5 Shoulder Press, we did 100 KB Swings for time. It was great!

You can also check out (w/f/s) Its pretty new, but there is a discussion group on there about KB workouts. I go there quite a bit and find something to do if I miss a day.
