I don't usually get cold but it was really cold for San Antonio this morning....I almost didn't go running. :brrr:

[B]Endurance[/B]:run:
I did pretty well in the cold. Logged 4.55 miles in 41:55. What was weird was that my last mile was my fastest. I felt stiff the entire run but seemed to keep a decent pace and stride wasn't affected as much as I thought.

As Rx'd 18:00. I was surprised because I completed it directly after my run...;)

I did three rounds of 100 punches on th bag this afternoon, and 35 minutes of interal work at class.

I changed the formatting of my class. I'm going to focus more on calorie burn and cardio. I think everyone liked it. :D

My outdoors classes were cancelled, so I attended a 2 hr block of Zumba with the wife. :pepper:

All I can say is damn....:yikes:And, made a mental note to[B] NEVER[/B] wear Nanos to a Zumba class. Just putting that out there.

The 20# increments had me chicken out on the last set....:( I had the juice for it but had a slight mental block. I'll try to hit a new PR by week's end; hoping to get, at least, 380#.
