Hey Nik! Havent visisted in a while! You have stayed consistent, nice work! I see your squats are looking good - you are consistently over 300 for reps, which is awesome!:highfive:

And a 5 x 5 on deadlifts is insane!

I will be around a little more now, I think! (I am soending more time at the office...)
Thanks Milt, I tell you the squat has becom a bit of an addiction now.

Good to hear! Its good to see that you are not worried about doing them as frequently as you do. If I had the time, I would be squatting every day.

Check out Anthony and Jodi's log, they do "daily squats", its something I would like to get into!

See that has crossed my mind. I have seen Anthonys log and watched him do the every day squat. I just wonder if there is a benifit and what it would be. He was doing a presentage of his max. I wonder what I should do if i did it. I just havent done it because I am not going to do it just to do it. Know what I mean?

305lbs
305lbs(138k)

The deads were good but really hard. I think I did ok but it was hard. I havent deadlifted heavy in a wile and I squatted this morning.

For time:
•75 Burpees
•40 Pullups
•75 box jumps (24")
•40 pullups

time 18:55
burpees done in 5:50ihs unbroken slow and steady.

box jumps in 15/10 and so on for 7 sets

pullups first round 10/15/15
second round 20/20

Finisher:
•For 8 Minutes alternate 1 minute of plank position, 1 minute max HSPU's
•Breaking plank before the time is up = disqualification+800m run as a forfeit

planks unbroken
HSPU 5/6/6/6

tough after all the rest. shoulders tired.
Solid volume on the deads and well done on that chipper workout, one of the worst ones I have done, anything that starts with all those burpees.

I dont think you should squat every day, would probably lead to a repetitive injury and coming from me, who trains too much!!

Thanks Scott. Honestly on the squatting I do'nt see a benifit to it.

I ended up trying to get sick over the weekend but I'm ok for now. I did'nt do anything I was just tired and sluggisjh. Still feel it today.
