Will do Scott, thanks for the refresher. On to breakfast and water. Already at 32ozs of water and wil be on more. Mobility is lacking and diet can be tightened up.

A.M. warm up

10 HSPUs
30 GHDs
30 back ext
10 HSPUs
10 C2B dead hang pull ups
30 ab mat situps( butt is sore from yesterdays, getting the butt rash)
10 HSPUs
10 close over headn dead hangs
30 squats
10 close under hand dead hangs( left elbow area sore on these?)
30 push ups

kicking drills
rolled my back 2:00min
rolled piriformus 2:00min a side
rolled hip flexers 2:00min a side

feeling a but rough today. Martin has a runny nose and I spent from 2:00am to this morning with him and broken sleep. I was going to play on rings today but I may not. Back is still sore.

Other then that I'm good.

My protein intake might need to wait till after the wedding. Having had my suit made to measure I don't need any changes between now and the big day!!

I shall however be getting straight on it from xmas day :D

I think just maintaining it better is good, Not somuch to gain, but eat right. I dont want to gain anymore weight, but know I can eat better. Oh and congrats on getting married! It is you who is getting married?
