Low quality cell vid, but I am curious to see what feedback I get. Already I know that I am not getting under the bar fast enough. It was meant to be a squat clean, but more of a psuedo clean into a squat, at 185lbs. I have always been better at power cleans, but am working at trying to get away from that, and rely on technique over strength.

Hips come up early and you don't wait long enough for the second pull. The bar loses contact with the legs just after it passes the knees. This sends the bar forward and you end up jumping forward. Also your back look like it rounded.
