It would have been helpful to had a wider angle but perhaps it wasn't possible.

It seemed like you were shifting to the balls of your feet rather than sitting on your heels during the OHS. You heels seemed to come off the ground 1/2 way during the concentric motion. Since you can't see it from the angle of which it was shot I'd guess the bar wasn't staying in one plane. but was shifting.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll take a wider angle shot next time. I am having trouble with my heels staying planted through the movement and the bar shifting. Tonights WOD should give me plenty of pratice.

Hi Brian,

You started that snatch about 4-5" away from your shins. Maybe not a HUGE deal with a light weight (although the loading stress on your spine increases exponentially as you come away from your body), but be careful about your habits. What you routinely do with light weights, you're likely to do some day with a big weight. Be careful not to create bad patterns for yourself.
