hey im new to the forums i was wondering if anyone can check out this program and give some feed back. thanks!
monday: heavy day
push ups - 200
one arm shoulder press-
reverse grip tricep pull downs
plyos split squats, knee tucks, box jumps
tuesday: heavy day
as many pulls as possible
one arm row
bicep curls with curl bar
wednesday rest day
thursday same as monday but light more reps
friday same as tuesday but light more reps
sat and sunday rest days
