Hi, I did todays WOD and after a few sets my wrist started feeling like impacted no sore just like it hurt. I get this if i do too many flat palm pushups also.
Does anyone know what I may do to avoid or prevent this in the future? stretches? exercises? I'm a newcomer to WOD's but not to "normal" working out. Thanks a bunch.
You should use the Search feature to search the Injuries board for the term "wrist." I think you'll find some good info--and the knowledge that you are not alone in this.
