Hi Jason.

If your really interested in the effect. Buy it, try it for 6 weeks without altering any other aspect of your diet and nutrition and see if it has a positive effect on your training with adversely effecting your training. Much more reliable than an online infomercial. Let us know the result

Here is the truth about supplements as I understand it. Some of them might work ok and maybe even a few work well. Comparatively your time and money is better spent on quality food, education, and intense workouts. You get out of this what you put into it and supplements are largely just another example of 12 second abs. I do like magnesium though.
