I think after all this time I finally understand how to count fat blocks!

Let's assume I eat 20 blocks a day. Which would equal 60g of fat (3g x 20 blocks = 60g). Now let's say instead of just those 60g, I'm consuming 150g! that means although my protein/carb blocks are at 20, my fat blocks are at 50, yes??

If I got this I will be very very happy LOL

Yes, one fat block=3g fat, so 150g fat=50 fat blocks. Now you just have to adjust for the fat content in your protein sources and you'll be set!

Excellent! :-) I see how easy it is to boost your calories with a few more tablespoons of oil and a couple more nuts.
