Im squatting today, we are doing 5's so doubt I will be over the 300lb mark, have to see how it goes.

5 reps is hard, I could'nt do 300 at 5 reps. I think you have me on the 5 reps of squat at the moment.

I squat heavy twice a week no longer the 20 mins a session, 15:00min if I'm on break. It has paied off.

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings


12 rounds 2 MUs

last time 11 rounds and a miss on the MUs
last time 7rounds 2MU 4HSPU's 5KB
last last time 11rounds and a MU


PR, last,last,last time11 rounds 2 MU 8 HSPUs 2 swings

Really happy today. Goods. HSPUs and swing unbroken.

MUs to singles after round 5 I think. 5 or 6.

That was a blast but hard. I can go faster if I tighten up the transition a bit more.

The swings ended up the easiest part.

3:00 break fun

3 round 10 reps power clean at 135lbs(61k)

Not timed, just doing it for fun. Brady and I took turns on the bar. Good to hit some high reps.

Great work on Nate Nik, definately a pr once you clean it all up and get a few more of the muscle ups unbroken, probably save 10 seconds a round right there. 12 rounds next time for sure.

I got 12 rounds and 2 MUs Scott. on to 13 rounds now. Really I know I got more in me I was worried about the workout because of all the shoulder work the days befor. Fresh shoulders I will get more MUs unbroken.

Thanks. The elbow is getting better a bit day by day. Rings do'nt bother it. It is being on a bar. I think it is the sheer put on the elbow on pullups. Still sore some, I know if I hit alot of pullups it will hurt it so I am still laying off alot of pullups at the moment.
