almost forgot to post, I iced my foot twice last night and once on Sat for 30:00min a session. Still a bit sore .

30 reps all GHDs backext abmatt situps pushups OHSs with bar mix grip deadhang pullups 10. Elbow feeling the pullups a bit I figure from the HSPUs yesterday, but not bad. |

roll and stretch ball in knee pit 2:00min a side calf stretch 2:00min a side rolled quads on 45lbs bar 2:00min a side rolled back 2:00min Knees have been a little sore from Fridays FS I think, feeling better now. |

2. halting deadlift pulls: work up to 75%x3x2 3. sn deadlifts: work up to 85%x3x2 4. sn pp: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 5. abs: 100 reps 6. chins: 25 dead hang 1. 115lbs 3 sets 2. 235lbs(weel over 75%) 3 sets 3. 165lbs 3 sets 4. 105lbs 3 set 115lbs 2 set 5. situps abmatt 50/30/20 6 over hand grip 10/10/5 mixxed in with the situps. |

DU practice 10/20/30/20/10 10 unbroken 20unbroken 30 broke forst set at 27 then 30 unbroken 20 broke once then 20 10 brok like 100 times. I have a new buddy lee rope and the handles are different from the one I was using. I was playing with hand placement. Still some practice to do. I did'nt even realize it was that different. |

Squats warm up 115lbs x5 185lbs x3 235lbs x1 255lbs x1 285lbs x1 work 310lbs(140.6k) x2 x2 x2 felt goos. I had more. but I set the 310 as a goal today and stuck with it. Next time I may drop to 305 and go for 3 reps instead of 2. |
