Sorry about the 120 burpees Nik, we done 40 first round, 20 second, 10 third for when you compare, rob did write it in comments under the workout that he had changed it but there's no way you were going to realise , I should of given you a heads up.:rofl:

HAHAHa no big deal, that and the ''break'' to load a truck, todays workout was not fast at all. Glad to get it done anyway, plus the scale up is better then scale down. |

A.M. warm up
10 HSPUs 30 GHDs 30 back ext 10 HSPUs 30 abmatt situps 10 wide grip dead hang pull ups 10 HSPUs 20 C2B kipp pull ups 30 squats 30 pushups rolled my back 2:00min ham stretch 1:00 min a side couch stretch on wall 1:00min a side leg on table stretch 1:00min a side. feeling a bit rough. yesterday I got a bit of''heart burn'' and felt dizzy and light headed, I think it was from to much caffine. I had (through out the whole day) 2 cups of tea( with coco nut milk and honey) and two cups of coffe, black. we will see how the workout goes. I hope to be ok by then. |

daily squat 115lbs x3 185lbs x1 235lbs x1 285lbs x1 325lbs(147k) x1 time 5:58 all good and easy reps. No trouble at all. |

3 Rounds for time of:
•7 Hang Power Cleans (50/25kg) •15 Push-press (50/25kg) •20 Bar-Hops •Run 400m time 12:44 It was going great and first two rounds unbroken all the way through, last round I broke the push press at 5/6/4, just gassed out. Runs were slow, but ok. |

squat clean work. 115lbs x1 165lbs x1 on the min for 5 min 185lbs(84k) x1x1x1x1x1 205lbs(93k) x1x1x1x1x1 it felt a bit tired starting out, but I kind of resighned myself to rely on form and speed. So it ended up being good and solid. Allthough after each rep my heart was pounding a bit, not bad, just enough to notice. I hope (and think) it is from to much cafine, but it did'nt seem to bother me on the workout earlier. |
