Your a brave man Nik, Helen has got to be one of my two most dreaded workouts. Careful with the foot and warm up thoroughly , if it feels dodgy running then you know what to do. Something else NOT REST :rofl:

Squat clean singles
155lbsx1 175lbs x1 205lbs x1 215lbs x1 230lbs xfxf 215lbs x1 "Helen" Three rounds for time: Run 400 meters 1.5 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings 12 Pull-ups time 9:19 last time 9:30 last time 10:39 last time 9:43 last time 11:04. Heel was sore through out the run, Not bad, just nagging. I wass not running as hard as I could. So I had to make alot better time on the KB and pullups. KB was easy, it was just making myself pick it up that was hard, once I got it up I was going to finish it even though I felt it late in the reps. Pullups were pullups. |

front squat 185lbs x3 185lbs x3 205lbs x3 A few light hang power snatches. 10 HSPUs. I wanted to do MUs but the fork lift was in use so I really wasn't comitted to anything and just messed arround. |

Thanks Callum, my foot is slow to heal. It seem slowly it is getting better. I am still doing my bets to not make it worse. So it is coming alog ok. |
