Beth's Workout Log...attempting a 6 pack!
 
So, I decided to start this log today. I've been doing Crossfit workouts for about 2 weeks now. I love them! It totally beats being a robot at the gym. Whenever I go, people look at me like I crazy because after most of my workouts, I'm sprawled out on the floor just trying to breathe :)

my WOD yesterday (today was a rest day) was...
FGB 9am (burpees, wall ball-14#, SDHP-25#, box jumps, push press-20# DB's)
total score 277

2:30 pm evander holyfield's workout 5 rounds for time - 1 min between rounds
40yd sprint, 40 yd backward run, 10 tuck jumps, 10yd wheel barrow fowards, backwards, side, other side, 10 pushups, 40yd karoka down and back, 40 yd skip down and back

One word for yesterday....KILLER!
