I'm home for Thanksgiving in Vermont, and am taking the week off from the WOD, but here's my workout for today (this one's for you Lynne!):

3 cords (stacked) to be brought into the basement and restacked.

Movements for lifting include:
1 arm loaded front-squat stand-up
1 arm loaded B-squat stand-up
2 arm log dead-lift

For carry:
1 arm Woodsman's walk 40 ft.

Boy is it good to be back home for some manual labor. It feels great to put my Crossfit to good use.

Good WOD! 3 cords is definitely a day's workout!

I did some Tabata snow shoveling yesterday...
