sit ups with 25 lbs

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

started with 248 to 200 to 190lbs on deads

started with 165 to 155lbs on bench

started with 125 to 95 on cleans

time 26:02 Oh i only had 1 bar, so we had to switch weights arround.
Not bad after the run.

Thanks, I had help with the switching, and as far as speed, i was and am trying to focus on form and intenisity and not so much on speed, so i don't even know how my time mached up.

CFWU weighted dips with 10lbs, situps with 25lbs, back extensions with 10lbs

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

no rower so I did burpees, didn't count them

totasl count 229

Thanks, yea, i didn't catch you ...This time, but I am happy with what i did. I got a hell of a workout from it!!

And Yes Burpees are HARD!!
