Great job on that WOD Nik, was a real beast huh? Unfortunately another example of Rob, changing the WOD in the gym though... He put a 20 min time cap on it so I can't compare directly, but it looks as though we may have been real close tonight.

Great work on that last WOD Nik, wish I'd been able to give it a go to see how I would have got on. I'd never had got the pull ups unbroken like you, and my pressing endurance needs some work. If I can I might see if I can get this in over the next week

You did have to hit the 30 doubles at the end so you did the right thing, added up to 300 in all so well done, there's some greasing the groove !! Glad to see you putting in some push press also, good practice for heavy metcons.

Eh I'd have probably finished it either way and just gone over he cap, but I'd have noted my reps at the 20:00min mark. Tha dips were the killer for me.

Man the pullups were mt saving grace, always are.

I was glad of the DUs and pleased with how mine went having not done them in forever. I did the wrist warmup and I think it helped.

Quick note. No warmup today. Yesterday I went to the emergency room with Cathy for dizzyness. She is ok. I wont go into it now, but she is ok, need to clear fluid from here inner ear.

Martins alergies were up this morning and he has a rash on his neck, so I was late getting in to work and not time for the warmup.

Sounds like your having a stressful day. Glad its turned out ok.

Yea, some. Thanks. Trying not to let it get to me. I need to roll my knee and calves, left heel is cranky today. I don't know if it is a bruse or linked to my calf. We will see.

10:00 break

rolled the big lobe on my left quad 5:00min
rolled my left calf 6:00min.

feeling stressed.
