Well I'm def. looking forward to a similar competition next year! It's nice to know for us Canadian folks we have a few affiliates which could be considered "local" for us where we can come and take part in such events. |

Deadlift - sumo style 10 - 135 5 - 225 3 - 275 1 - 295 1 - 305 1 - 315 1 - 325 1 - 335 (F) 1 - 330 (F) 1 - 325 (F) UGH!!! 2 - 275 for good measure. Deadlift always messes with my head...that and the snatch. Need to get this bugger to 400 somehow. Also, doing this I was still a bit beat up from Saturday. |

For time: 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders I hate this workout... 30:16. Tried not to kip at all on the K2E. And i started to panic towards the end doing the DU's...i was worried I would'nt beat my last time. ended up beating it by a minute. |

snatch practice this morning...then came back in the evening.. 21-15-9 Squat snatch 95# Chest to bar pullups 17:37 Wasn't really looking to set the world on fire with this one. Really worked on form for the snatch. Matt went down to columbus this past weekend for the oly cert so we went over the burgener warmup and skill transfer stuff. |
