I've ramped up my fat intake on the athlete's zone to 3-4X block of fat, however I've found that nuts seem to irritate my Ulcerative Colitis a little, so I'm trying to cut down on them.
Would there be a problem with getting my fat mainly from olive oil or would it be best to mix it up with other fat sources that don't disagree with me like avocados.
Also, I'm wondering about nut oils - are they a decent substitue for whole nuts, if so which one's might be best?

But, I do believe that of all the nut oils, the best overall for fat content and taste is. . .
Macadamia nut oil. Expensive, but good.
Yeah macadamia and then almond are the best. Macadamia is like liquid gold as Ron said
