4th Week Fella
 
Hello all,

First and foremost, I have drank the "kool-aid (Paleo of course)" and am loving CF! I joined my local Affiliate and haven't looked back. I have lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks, and am hitting new goals almost daily and I am happy to say that my OHS actually feels good to do now. :) I am completing the last week of On-ramp classes and doing WOD's between them. I have adjusted my eating and nutrition using the Paleo plan and feel AMAZING! I attempted to lose weight and get more fit during the last year through running and working out using clases and lifting at a normal gym. After that year and no movement, I reached out and BAM!

I am so impressed in the CF community and proud to be part of it. :pepper:

So good. I am obviously so happy to have found something that works so well, has a great community, and is "generally" fun to do.
