My back felt good. My knees went in on the 315, that is where my form fails first on deads and back squats. Once the knees go I stop because next in line to go is my back. Good set though. It was the first time on deads after my back problems.

Great work Nik, I went up to 308lb and was happy to get no pain with that and hit the last set with 220lb x 15 touch and go to get a feeling of having worked out.
Barbara today, thats one of my favourites, it has the most potential for making me sick with a huge pumping vein headache!! |

Great job on the DL's Nik! I haven't got over 300 lbs yet, lower back just doesn't have the strength. Hopefully this year will be the year.

Going well Nik, sorry I have been off so long. With business travel and not working out much this last week I have been a bad CrossFit guy! This week I will get caught back up. Knee is doing really good. This week and next week and I will be done officially with rehab. She said she will have me running in a couple of weeks. Can't wait to see how that goes.
