It's surprising when people take a fundamental and cumulative approach to striking, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, judo etc.... they develop their skills quicker and with greater skill that just jumping into it. I like it!

Many updates since I last posted. Another interactive map, reviews, and most recently a breakdown of the blue belt requirements for students under the De La Riva Lineage.

Thanks! You are one organized dude!

Are these meant be be shorthand guides for people to refresh their memory after watching the material? Or guides to learning the material?

How do you suggest using it?

I have always had a hard time keeping things straight, what to do, in BJJ.
Especially when under pressure in the situation. I suppose there is no substitute for practice and developing muscle memory. My thought process
turns to molasses in a "fight".

These are shorthand notes and definitely not enough to learn the material in and of themselves.

The interactive maps provide full instruction and can be used as such. Those are really more about providing an organized structure so you can find the videos more easily.

And I can't agree strongly enough that time drilling and rolling are the best thing to do. This is a supplement and depending on how you learn, may or may not help you.

FWIW, It helps me but I don't get hung up on it at all and I make a very conscious effort to not become a "technique collector".
