20 minute AMRAP 250m row 20 push-ups 15 box jumps, 24" 10 push press, 95# 5 rounds + 4 box jumps Ouch! Working out late sucks, especially when you haven't done anything to get the motor warmed up earlier in the day. Abs were sore as hell from yesterday; killed me on the row. Sets probably should have been shorter to maintain flow. |
